Delivery
Vapofil shipping
What we were told about shipping, what we were not, and what is worth checking when the parcel arrives. As everywhere else on this site, the gaps are printed rather than filled in.
Orders ship within the United States. Shipping cost and delivery estimate are calculated and shown at checkout. The seller pack did not supply a carrier, a transit time or an international policy, so none is printed here. Returns go to 919 Third Avenue, Floor 11, New York, NY 10022, USA.
What we were told
- Orders are shipped within the United States.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment.
- Bottles are sealed. The label’s own instruction is not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
- Returns are posted to 919 Third Avenue, Floor 11, New York, NY 10022, USA.
- The buyer pays return shipping, with tracking, on any return.
- Refunds are issued 3-5 business days after a returned parcel is credited, and take a further 5-10 days to appear on a card.
That is the complete set. It is more than some product packs supply and less than a buyer would like.
What we were not told
- The carrier, or the choice of carriers.
- A transit time, in business days or otherwise.
- Whether tracking is provided outbound, and how it is sent.
- A dispatch cut-off time, or which days orders are processed.
- Whether the parcel is discreetly packaged — a question that matters more in this category than in most.
- Any international shipping policy.
- What happens to a parcel that is lost or damaged in transit.
The discretion question, specifically
Plenty of buyers in this category care whether the outer packaging names the product. Nothing in the pack supplied to this desk says one way or the other, so this page cannot tell you. It is a reasonable thing to ask the order desk before you buy: +1 (302) 200-3480.
Every one of those gaps could be filled by the seller in a sentence. Until they are, this page will keep listing them rather than publishing a plausible-sounding estimate.
What to check on arrival
The bottle count matches the pack you ordered
One, three or six. Obvious, and worth ten seconds.
The safety seal is intact
Under the cap there should be a bonded foil membrane. The label says: “DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING.” On a product in this category that instruction is about contamination as much as about tampering.
The label matches what you read here
Seven itemised rows, serving size two capsules, thirty servings, and the Other Ingredients line naming microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin and magnesium stearate. If the panel on your bottle differs from the one on this site, tell us and tell the order desk.
The capsule count
Sixty. The only quantity on this product you can verify yourself without a laboratory, and it takes a minute.
The lot and revision
The pack supplied a draft lot reference of VAP-26/VA-2871 and the artwork is revised REV 10/24. Photograph the actual codes on your bottle before you open it; they are what a query will turn on.
Getting it home intact
Gelatin capsules are more robust than gummies and less robust than tablets. Two things spoil them and both happen in transit or on a doorstep rather than in your cupboard.
- Heat. Gelatin softens. A parcel that has spent a July afternoon in a van or on a step can arrive with capsules stuck to one another. The outer box will look perfect.
- Humidity. Gelatin absorbs moisture and goes tacky. A damp parcel is worse for capsules than a bruised one.
- Bring the parcel in the same day where you can, and let a visibly warm one come back to room temperature before opening it.
- Store the bottle in a cupboard away from the hob and the kettle. A bathroom cabinet is the worst common spot in a house: warm and humid twice a day.
- Do not decant into a pill organiser for more than a few days, and do not refrigerate. The label says cool and dry, not cold.
None of that tells you anything about what is inside the capsules. These are handling checks, and handling is the part of the chain you can actually observe.
If something is wrong
Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480. That is the route for anything to do with a parcel, a payment or a product. The website email is for questions about what is written on this site and cannot see orders.
Have ready: the name on the order, the email address used, the order ID from the confirmation, and a photograph of the problem if there is something to photograph. A damaged seal, a short count or a wrong pack is all easier to resolve with a picture attached.
Do not open a bottle whose seal is damaged in order to check it. The label’s instruction is not to use it, and an unopened bottle is far simpler to return than an opened one.
The return procedure, the address and the refund timings are on the refund policy page, and what the sixty-day window covers is on the guarantee page.
What a supplement parcel should look like
Five things, all observable on the doorstep, none of which requires you to know anything about the formula.
An outer box that is not crushed
Supplement bottles are robust and boxes are not. A crushed box usually means nothing, but photograph it before you open it if you may need to raise anything later.
A parcel that is not hot
The one that matters for capsules. A box that has spent an afternoon on a doorstep in July can arrive with the capsules softened and stuck to each other. The outside will look perfect.
Bottles that are sealed
Both the outer shrink band, if there is one, and the foil membrane under the cap. The label’s own instruction is not to use the product if the seal is damaged or missing.
A label you can read
Panel, Other Ingredients line, distributor block, lot and revision code. Photograph the lot before you open the bottle; it is the identifier every later question turns on.
What none of that tells you is what is in the capsules. These are handling checks, and handling is the part of the supply chain you can observe without a laboratory.
Why gelatin capsules care about the journey
A two-piece gelatin capsule is a shell of dried animal collagen. It is stable, it is the most common capsule material in the world, and it has two vulnerabilities that both live in transit rather than in your cupboard.
- Heat. Gelatin softens as it warms. Warm capsules press against each other in a full bottle and can fuse at the contact points. They are still fine to take — this is a cosmetic problem, not a contamination one — but a bottle that arrives as a single mass is a bottle that spent time somewhere hot.
- Humidity. Gelatin is hygroscopic: it draws in moisture from the air. A damp capsule goes tacky, and a very damp one can deform. This is why bottles ship with a desiccant sachet and why the label says cool and dry.
Practical consequences, in order of usefulness: bring the parcel in the same day in summer; let a visibly warm parcel come to room temperature before opening it; leave the desiccant in the bottle; store it in a kitchen or bedroom cupboard rather than a bathroom cabinet; and do not refrigerate, because a cold bottle opened in a warm room collects condensation inside.
The desiccant sachet
It is there to protect the capsules and it is not edible. Leave it in the bottle for the life of the product rather than throwing it out with the packaging, which is the commonest thing people do with it.
Tracking, and what to do while you wait
No tracking policy was supplied to this desk, so this page cannot tell you whether a tracking number is sent, by what means, or when. What can be said is what to do in the two situations people actually find themselves in.
- Nothing has arrived and there is no tracking. Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID from the confirmation email. That is the only route that can see the order; the website email cannot.
- Tracking says delivered and nothing is there. Check with neighbours and around the property first, which resolves most of these, then call the same number. A photograph of where the parcel was left, if the carrier provides one, is the most useful thing to have to hand.
And the boring but important one: keep the order confirmation regardless. The sixty-day return window runs from purchase, and the confirmation email is what establishes the date. It is worth more than the tracking number.
Read the panel first, then decide
Sixty capsules, two a day, seven actives itemised and two extract ratios printed — better label work than most of this aisle. What is missing is standardisation, and two of the seven ingredients have no monograph anywhere we looked. The live price and the 60-day return terms are both on the seller’s checkout screen.
