Every contact route supplied with this product, what each one is for, and what to have in front of you before you use it.

For anything to do with an order — status, changes, returns, refunds — call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480. For questions about what is written on this site, email [email protected]. The website email cannot see orders.

Note that the distributor’s telephone number and email are printed on the bottle itself. That is unusual and worth crediting: several products this desk has covered gave no route to anybody at all except a web form.

Which route to use

Anything about money

Call the order desk. Payments, refunds, duplicate charges and pack changes are all things a person on a phone can resolve in one call and that email threads take a week over.

Anything about a parcel

Call the order desk. Have the order ID and, if something arrived damaged, a photograph ready to send.

Anything about a return

Call the order desk before you post it. Confirm the address, confirm whether an opened bottle is accepted, and confirm what needs to go inside the parcel.

Anything about this website

Email [email protected]. Corrections to a page, a source we have misquoted, or a panel on your bottle that differs from the transcription here.

The website email cannot see orders

This is worth repeating because it is the commonest wasted message. An email to the site address about a delivery or a refund has to be forwarded to the order desk before anything happens. Calling +1 (302) 200-3480 directly saves several days.

What to have ready before you call

  1. The name on the order. If it was placed under a different name from yours, that is the first thing to say.
  2. The email address used at checkout. This is usually what an order is found by.
  3. The order ID from the confirmation email.
  4. The lot number on the bottle, if the question is about the product rather than the order. It is ink-stamped near the label edge or on the base.
  5. A photograph, if there is something to photograph — a damaged seal, a short count, a panel that does not match.
  6. The date of purchase, if the call is about the sixty-day window. The confirmation email is the proof of it.

The addresses, and which is which

Two New York addresses appear in the pack supplied with this product, and they do different jobs. Sending a return to the wrong one costs weeks.

The two addresses and what each is for.

The returns address is the Third Avenue one. The refund policy page has the full procedure, including the three things that must go inside the parcel.

What this desk can and cannot answer

What we can answer

  • What is on the label, row by row, and what each row means.
  • What the published sources say about each ingredient, with the exact sentence.
  • What was and was not supplied to this desk, including everything on the missing list.
  • Why a particular claim is not repeated on this site, and what would change that.

What we cannot answer

  • Whether this product will work for you. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing.
  • Anything about your medications. That is your prescriber’s, and the two interaction flags on this formula are a reason to ask them.
  • What is in a specific lot. No Certificate of Analysis was supplied to this desk.
  • The price. No price list was supplied; the checkout is authoritative.

If the question is medical, the honest answer from a retailer is to point you at somebody qualified, which this one does. If the symptom that brought you to this category has lasted more than a few months, a consultation is worth more than any supplement on any shelf.

What a good order-desk call sounds like

Most supplement order desks are small teams handling a high volume of short calls, and the difference between a two-minute resolution and a twenty-minute one is almost entirely what the caller has ready.

  1. Open with the order ID

Not the story. “I'm calling about order 12345” lets the person in front of a screen find you before anything else is said.

  2. Say what you want, in one sentence

A refund, a replacement, a pack change, an answer. Desks are much better at a stated request than at an inferred one.

  3. Have the dates

Order date, delivery date, and the date you are calling. On anything involving the sixty-day window these are the facts the whole call turns on.

  4. Ask for the name of the person you spoke to

And write it down with the date. If a second call is needed, that one detail converts a fresh start into a continuation.

  5. Ask what happens next, and when

A specific expectation — “you should see it within ten working days” — tells you when to call again and saves you calling before that.

Questions worth asking before you buy

Five, in order of how much difference the answer makes. All of them are things this desk could not establish from the pack supplied, and all of them are on the missing list.

  1. “If I take this for thirty days and it does nothing, can I return the opened bottle?” The most important question on this site, because a thirty-day trial produces an opened bottle by definition.
  2. “What is the source of the gelatin in the capsule shell?” Bovine, porcine or fish. Decisive for several diets and several faiths, and not on the label.
  3. “What is the standardisation of the tongkat ali and the horny goat weed?” Eurycomanone and icariin. The two figures that would let the panel be compared with research.
  4. “Can you send the Certificate of Analysis for the lot I will receive?” And, in this category specifically, whether the testing includes a screen for undeclared pharmaceutical ingredients.
  5. “What is the current price of each pack?” No price list reached this desk, so this site prints none. The desk can see the live figures.

If any of those is answered in a way that changes what is on this site, email [email protected] and the page will be updated.

Sending a correction

Corrections are the only feedback channel this site has, because there is no analytics on it. They go to [email protected] and they go to the top of the queue.

  • A panel that does not match. The most valuable correction anybody can send. A photograph of the Supplement Facts panel on your bottle plus the lot code, and if it differs from the transcription here, your bottle governs and this site changes.
  • A misquoted source. Every quotation here was copied from the linked document. If one has drifted, say which and it is fixed the same day.
  • A fact that has since been published. Standardisation figures, a price list, a certificate, an answer on opened bottles — any of these shortens the missing list.
  • A broken link or a typo. Less interesting and still welcome.

What this address cannot do is help with an order. It has no access to them at all. For anything you have paid for, the route is the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480.

What happens to a message sent here

Email to [email protected] is read by the editorial desk, usually within a working day or two. There is no ticketing system, no automated reply and no mailing list to be added to.

A correction to a page is acted on first and the page’s last-updated date changes when it is. A question about the label or a source gets an answer with the document linked. A question about an order gets redirected to the order desk, because this address genuinely cannot see orders — that is not a policy, it is a fact about the arrangement between this site and the seller.

Nothing sent here is passed to the seller, the distributor or anybody else, and nothing is used for marketing. If you ask for a message to be deleted, it is.

Read the panel first, then decide

Sixty capsules, two a day, seven actives itemised and two extract ratios printed — better label work than most of this aisle. What is missing is standardisation, and two of the seven ingredients have no monograph anywhere we looked. The live price and the 60-day return terms are both on the seller’s checkout screen.
